Arable Brook Farm and Burnt farm total 450 acres of arable land which runs through a clay plateau just north of the M25. The clay soils often make physical cultivation difficult and can lead to severe water logging in wet years. With favourable conditions we hope to produce wheat at a yield of over 3 tonnes / acre.
