Clay Pigeon Shooting
We offer clay pigeon shooting throughout the spring and summer months (until the end of August) and can provide one to one shooting lessons or group sessions. The group clay shoots have proved to be very popular for stag dos and as an activity on corporate away days.
Our clay pigeon shooting takes place on the farm where you can appreciate the beautiful South Herts countryside and you will be transported to the stands on the Brook Park Shoot Gun Bus.
All of the clays are released in a manner that is designed to simulate shooting game and we can offer you various different styles (e.g. the crossing pheasant, springing teal, bolting rabbit etc). The different styles mean that the clays are released using various speeds and angles, which makes it challenging and enjoyable for all of the guns. If you want to add a competitive slant to your session, we can score the novelty styles making it a fun way to have a competitive ‘shoot off’ at the end of your session.
Whether you are having a lesson or are shooting as part of a group, you can expect to receive some assistance and guidance to help you with your shooting. You will always receive a safety briefing so that you and everyone around you are safe.
We can also provide you with refreshments throughout the day and the farmhouse buffet lunch (a selection of freshly made sandwiches, Braughing sausages, home made quiche, cheese board, wine, beer and soft drinks) is a popular way to close the activity.
At Brook Park Shoot we tailor every shoot to meet your specific requirements ensuring that your team get exactly what they want from the day, which of course maximises it’s enjoyment.
Our packages include all gun hire, cartridges, clays, eye and ear protection and shooting instruction/guidance. A one to one shooting lesson is priced at £85 and group sessions are priced upon request (these vary depending on group size / level of experience / amount of shooting required).
